This is the United States Marine Grunts' ranking system.  We rank based on skill and time spent with us.  If you are a very skilled member, you will advance quickly.  If I see you in a most of the time I play, or you are posting in the forums alot, you also will advance in rank quickly.  If you feel as if you deserve a promotion, just ask me or post it in the forums.
People wishing to join through the forums, then being accepted will start at the rank of Recuit [RCT].  If I see you in a server and ask you to join, you start as a Private [PVT].
